UAS OEM-Strut Air-Suspension Conversion Kit for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y
This Universal Air Suspension bag-and-bracket kit converts compatible factory Tesla Model 3 and Model Y struts for adjustable air-suspension use while retaining the vertical travel available from the selected OEM strut configuration.
Select the correct strut configuration
- 2024+ Highland: OEM active 3P strut configuration
- 2017+: OEM non-active strut configuration
- Air-fitting options: None, 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, or 1/2 inch
Choose the exact vehicle, factory-strut type, and fitting size before ordering. Compatibility must be confirmed when the vehicle or damper configuration has been modified.
Construction
- 6061-grade aluminum brackets milled in-house
- Robust pillow-ball bearings
- Made and hand-assembled at the UAS Southern California facility
- Designed as a component-replacement conversion using the factory struts

- Two machined upper shock nuts
- Two billet upper strut mounts
- Two machined upper shock-shaft-to-strut-mount adapters with sealed thrust bearings
- Two Air House 2 air-spring assemblies designed for OEM Tesla Model 3 / Model Y struts
- One billet rear bracket kit
- Two Air House 6L air springs with aluminum bead plates
- Air fittings based on the selected option
Installation
The kit is designed to replace the corresponding factory components and reuse the selected OEM struts. Professional air-suspension installation and verification of line routing, sealing, clearance, and management-system compatibility are recommended.
