Installation
The manufacturer estimates approximately 20 minutes for bolt-on installation. The plate is designed to engage the factory front-bumper cutouts and rear fender-well mounting area. Professional installation is recommended, particularly on lowered vehicles.
Important limitation
A skid plate adds impact and puncture resistance but cannot prevent all underbody or battery damage. Reduced ground clearance increases impact risk. Inspect the plate and mounting hardware after any contact.
