Choose the correct service option
- RMAXX: R1T or R1S installation without removing the factory plastic trims
- GOAT: R1T or R1S installation, with or without factory trim removal
- MEGAWATT: R1T or R1S installation without removing the factory plastic trims
- RealWheels EV: R1T or R1S installation, with or without factory trim removal
Factory trim cutting
Trim removal and cutting are offered only when the manufacturer supplies precise measurements for the required openings. The currently selectable trim-removal services apply to GOAT and RealWheels EV products. Do not select a no-trim-removal option if your installation requires factory trim cutting.
Before your appointment
Please fully inspect the rock sliders before arriving. Confirm that the product is undamaged and that every bracket, fastener, and piece of installation hardware is included.
Appointment time is reserved specifically for your installation. If damaged customer-supplied parts prevent completion, the allocated installation time remains billable.
Appointment and cancellation policy
- At least 96 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 96 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund only.
