Compatibility
Orella is compatible only with Tesla Model 3 and Model Y vehicles equipped with the factory Premium Audio system. Confirm that the vehicle has an OEM subwoofer before booking; some rear-wheel-drive Model 3 configurations do not.
Current service options
- Seven speakers only: $150 deposit or $350 full payment
- Subwoofer only: $150 deposit or $350 full payment
- Seven speakers + subwoofer: $300 deposit or $650 full payment
The selected live option controls the amount charged. Additional discounts may be available when the audio components are purchased from ZEVcentric.
Deposit and appointment policy
Once an appointment date is selected, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Provide at least four business days’ notice for any appointment change.
- Appointments can be rescheduled with the required notice.
- If the appointment is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited.
- Late arrivals are billed at $50 per half hour.
- Notify ZEVcentric as soon as possible if you expect to be late.
Appointments are required. Walk-in installation is not accepted.
