Book a ZEVcentric suspension or brake inspection to investigate wear, visible damage, or an unidentified noise. The service is billed at $280 per hour, with a half-hour minimum deposit.
Inspection billing
- Minimum deposit: $140 for the first half hour
- Additional diagnostic time is added at the appointment when required
- Inspection charges are not credited toward corrective work
- Corrective repairs are scheduled for a separate day
Diagnostic limitations
ZEVcentric will make a reasonable effort to isolate the concern, beginning with components that show visible signs of wear or replacement need and proceeding by process of elimination. The source of a noise cannot be guaranteed to be found during the booked inspection time.
Late-arrival policy
Late appointments are billed at $150 per hour because they affect the remainder of the service schedule. Notify ZEVcentric as soon as possible if you expect to be late.
Appointments are required. Walk-in inspections are not accepted.
