Service scope
- Installation of customer-supplied Hansshow or EVBASE running boards
- Removal of the factory black plastic lower trims as required for installation
- Custom cutting of the trims for bracket clearance is not offered with this service
Before your appointment
Please fully inspect the running boards before arriving. Confirm that the product is undamaged and that every bracket, fastener, and piece of installation hardware is included.
Appointment time is reserved specifically for your installation. If damaged parts prevent completion, the allocated installation time remains billable. If missing hardware is discovered after work begins, additional labor will be charged for the time required to remove the incomplete installation and return the vehicle to its original configuration.
Appointment and cancellation policy
- At least 96 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 96 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund only.
