MX72 compound
MX72 is a semi-metallic ceramic/carbon/metal compound for street, winding-road, and light-track use. It is intended to provide useful cold response, progressive pedal feel, low noise and dust for a performance pad, and controlled rotor wear.
- Recommended pairing: Endless EX90
- Rotor-temperature range: 50–700°C average
- Average friction coefficient: 0.37–0.47
ME20 compound
ME20 is a semi-metallic ceramic/carbon/metal racing and rally compound developed for strong modulation and consistent stopping power across a wide temperature range.
- Recommended pairing: Endless EX99
- Proper rotor-temperature range: 150–800°C
- Average friction coefficient: 0.35–0.40
Installation
Brake pads must be installed in the correct caliper and bedded according to the pad and rotor manufacturers’ procedures. Inspect rotor condition and thickness before installation. Track-use brake systems require frequent inspection.
