All appointments require a non refundable deposit once the appt date has been chosen. Any changes to the appt must be notified 4 days in advance ~ 96 hours so we have enough time to fill the slot. Please keep in mind that fees might be incurred if you are late for your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled but if cancelled the deposit will be forfeit
***We bill late appts at $100 per hour. This does impact our schedule so please do notify us if you will be late. We do not accept walk in appointments***

"Excellent experience with ZEVcentric updating my 2021 Model Y to the new Juniper suspension and replacing front upper control arms. They got me scheduled quickly and were transparent about pricing. When additional wear to the bushings was found during the service they discussed options and prices for replacing them, and were able to do this at the same time. The technician showed me the install under the car once complete and also showed another area that could be contributing to the squeaking I was previously experiencing. Overall highly recommend Rishie and his team!"
