Deposit and appointment policy
Once an appointment date is selected, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Provide at least four days / 96 hours’ notice for any appointment change.
- Appointments can be rescheduled with the required notice.
- If the appointment is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited.
- Late arrivals are billed at $100 per hour.
- Notify ZEVcentric as soon as possible if you expect to be late.
Appointments are required. Walk-in service is not accepted.
