  Rivian Billet Aluminum Door Sills from MPP. You don’t need them. But maybe, like us, you want them. After all, who doesn’t need more billet aluminum in their life? These are one of our favorite Rivian R1T or R1S modifications just based on style.

  Concept and design:

  The first time driving our brand new Rivian our owner Sasha put his foot right on the corner of the door sill and put a nice scratch in the brand new clear coat. Annoyed that there wasn’t any sill protection there, we decided at that moment to make some beautiful billet aluminum door sills, making it one of the first Rivian modifications we had on the drawing board.

  While they aren’t needed, and yes MPP is a performance company, we figured while we’re making these for ourselves why not also offer them for sale. These door sills are built with all of the motorsports DNA we’re known for – and are ultra thin, very difficult to machine, designed to blend into and out of the door seals smoothly, and they even have matching grooves to the OEM Rivian plastic trim higher up. The plates are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized black in house, made here in Canada.

  After running the prototypes on our car for a few months, we had an idea – why not offer custom engraving to personalize the sills for your Rivian?

  Installation Details:

  Installation can be completed in around 30 minutes by an experienced technician. It’s as simple as wiping the sills clean and sticking your new billet MPP sills in place!
