Typographical Errors
In the event that a R G Enterprises, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, R G Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. R G Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, R G Enterprises, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by R G Enterprises, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of R G Enterprises, Inc. products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. R G Enterprises, Inc.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. R G Enterprises, Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.


Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a R G Enterprises, Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. However, even if the third party is affiliated with R G Enterprises, Inc., R G Enterprises, Inc. has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of R G Enterprises, Inc.. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, R G Enterprises, Inc. seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).


Special Order Items/Cancellation Policy
Under no conditions can an order be cancelled or refused without prior authorization from RG Enterprises, Inc.  By using this site you fully understand that many items are special order and can take anywhere from 3-6 months to produce and receive in the United States.  If approved all items must have RMA# attached and a 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.

All returned products must be in their original resalable condition, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. Refused packages are subject to return shipping charges as assessed by the shipping courier. All returns are subject to a 25% restock fee. If you wish to return a product for any reason you must call us at (408) 635-0000 prior to sending your package back and we will provide you with a return authorization form. Once the return authorization form has been faxed back, you will be supplied with an RMA#. This RMA# should be clearly visible on the outside of the box. This enables our shipping department to identify your package so we can expedite any credit you may have coming. Any package shipped to us without this RMA# will not be accepted. There are no returns on used parts, opened electronic items, closeouts, or special order items. Special order items include, but are not limited to: Wheels, Body Kits (in whole or partial), and any JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) item. All returns must be received here within 30 days of the date of your original invoice.
 
Domestic orders cancelled within 1 week after purchase are subject to a 5% cancellation fee on refunds. You cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. If an order has shipped and you do not want to keep the products, our return policies will apply if you return them or refuse shipment. You also cannot cancel an order that is noted as a "Special Order".

Shipping damages/Claims


All claims for shortages or defective products must be made within 7 days after receipt of goods. If your order doesn't arrive after you receive a tracking email that shows your order as being delivered you must notify us within 7 business days or no credit will be issued for your missing order. Any authorized refund will be issued by the same method that payment was made. The product must also be inspected and return authorized prior to any refund being issued. We will normally ship UPS or Fed-Ex unless otherwise advised. These methods are both insurable and trackable for your protection. IF YOU ASK US SPECIFICALLY TO NOT INSURE THE BOX, DECLARE IT FOR A LOWER VALUE, OR YOU ASK US TO USE A CARRIER THAT DOES NOT PROVIDE INSURANCE AND THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DOES NOT ARRIVE AT ALL THEN YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND OF ANY KIND, PERIOD! THE ONLY CASE YOU MAY RECEIVE A REFUND IS IF BY CHANCE WE HAPPENED TO GET THE PACKAGE BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL RESALEABLE CONDITION.
 
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies on a per-product basis. If you wish to return a product for a manufacturers warranty you must first contact us at sales@autornd.cm and get an RMA.  You will then be required to ship the item back to RG Enterprises, Inc or direct to the Manufacturer. All warranty and return freight will be paid by the customer, RG Enterprises, Inc. will not pay any return freight costs.

PLEASE NOTE:  The warranty process of your product can take from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the manufacturer. If the manufacturer approves the claim, it is up to their sole discretion (or provided manufacturers warranty coverage) if the product will be repaired, replaced or if a full refund will be provided. If you cannot wait for the warranty process to be completed and need a replacement part immediately, you may at any time purchase a replacement product from us. We will not ship a replacement part unless payment for the part is collected or a credit from the manufacturer has been received.
 
By accepting a package sent to you from RG Enterprises, Inc. or any of it's affiliated warehouses, you are agreeing to be responsible for any and all duties, customs, taxes, tariffs and any other fees imposed by your country (if there are any). RG Enterprises, Inc. maintains no liability for these fees as they are your responsibility. In the event that you fail to pay all of these charges, and the receiving Country is unable to collect these fees from you, RG Enterprises, Inc. will immediately charge you for these fees plus a 10% service charge if the order was paid via credit card or demand payment from you for these fees and pursue legal action to recover these fees. An invoice reflecting these fees will also be emailed to you upon charging your card, assuming you have provided us your email address. RG Enterprises, Inc. will in-turn pay the Country in question the fees imposed. We will provide paperwork, upon your request, showing you the bill we received on your behalf from the shipping company.
 
There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks, per incident. All lawsuit expenses towards collecting bad debts are the buyer's responsibility. There is an additional $25.00 fee that our bank imposes on us for every returned check. So each returned check to RG Enterprises, Inc. will cost you $50.00 extra and we will absolutely pursue its collection to the fullest extent of the law.
 
Most of the items sold through RG Enterprises, Inc. are for racing and off-road use only and should never be used on public streets or highways.  Please check your local, state, & federal laws regarding such use.  RG Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any damage any product we sell may cause to you, anyone with relation to you, your vehicle, other vehicles or persons, or anything else.
 
REFUND/RETURNS POLICY: 

No refunds will be provided for any warranty items. All refunds will be issued in the form of merchandise credit.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in a "like new" and resalable condition.

Special orders cannot be returned for any reason.

Call tags will not be issued and no COD returns will be accepted. All freight transportation of returned or warranty products are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All warranty and return claims will require a RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number and the original sales receipt or invoice before they will be inspected by the manufacturer or RG Enterprises, Inc.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for inspection and response to the claim.
